have packaged and extended our software security procedures into
NeoSecure. NeoSecure
is a software/server-side verification system we are offering
to other software/shareware and content authors to protect their investment
and minimize losses due to unauthorized distribution
and piracy.
NeoSecure is available
as both a plug-in (NeoSecure Plug-In) and as a content wrapper or security
shell (NeoSecure Shell).
NeoSecure Plug-In consist of a small .exe file
that can be implanted and called from virtually any software product written
in almost any language including C++, Visual Basic, Delphi, NeoBook and others.
The NeoSecure Plug-in handles all aspect of product security as outlined
below.
NeoSecure Shell is designed to provide distribution
and piracy control for almost any type of proprietary content including software
products, sound, video, graphic and data files. In essence, your content
file is wrapped inside the NeoSecure security system for distribution.
We even provide you with a new .exe file compiled with Install Shield
that will create your desired program group, etc.

Emailed every time
program is installed on a machine
(even a trial version).

program is registered (using crack/hack
proof serial numbers we provide). Author is provided the serial number registered
and unique user identification data.

installs/registrations, we offer an additional service of
real-time, web-accessible databased statistics
that are searchable by day/date, number of installs or registrations
and unique user data for each of the above.

Trial Version
mode allows potential customers to
use the product a set number of times before registration becomes necessary
(the number of trial uses can be determined by the content
author).

Author has control over whether
any given serial number can be used more than once (author can let
a serial number be used once, twice, or ten times before restricting further
use).

Author can DISABLE any given
serial number (thereby shutting down a specific copy) at will (in
the event of fraud, refunds or unauthorized distribution, any specific serial
number - no matter where installed, will cease to function and advise the
user(s) to contact the author for details).

Author has "backdoor" into every
installed copy whereby they can have the program display a screen
saying "There is a News Flash available - would you like to view it now"
Clicking on the OK button will launch the user's default browser displaying
a webpage with any desired content (controlled by the author).

Author is provided access to
a Web-based Administrative page where serial numbers can be
restricted from further use or disabled and the content of the News Flash
page can be modified and all installed copies alerted.
With NeoSecure, now any software/shareware or content
